Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, or stains
• Free of stretching or damage
• In original condition
• With original packaging (if included)
• With the MLE Return Seal Tag still attached
If these conditions are not met, the return will be denied.

MLE Return Seal Tag (Hygiene Protection)
All MLE products include a protective Return Seal Tag attached to the item. This tag confirms the item has not been worn.
If the tag is removed, broken, or tampered with → the item becomes FINAL SALE.
No exceptions.
This protects all customers from receiving worn merchandise.

How To Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Item name & size
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photo of the item with the seal attached
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

We offer exchanges for:
• Size changes
• Same item replacement
Inventory is not guaranteed.
If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds
MLE does NOT issue refunds to original payment methods.
Approved returns receive:

Store credit never expires.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email support@makeitlookeazzzzy.com within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
• Photo of packaging
• Photo of item
• Order number
After verification, we will replace the item at no cost.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items without the Return Seal Tag
• Worn or washed items
• Sale or discounted items
• Promotional items
• Gift cards
• Socks, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive items
• Limited drops marked FINAL SALE

Refused or Returned Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address:
Customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Filing a chargeback without contacting MLE first violates our policy.
We provide evidence of:
• Delivery confirmation
• Policy acceptance
• Product condition requirements
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
