Refused or Returned Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address:
Customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items
If an item is marked as Pre-Order, please note the following:
• Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.
• Estimated shipping timeframe for pre-orders is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Pre-order items will ship once inventory is received and processed.
• Pre-orders may ship sooner than the estimated timeframe depending on production and delivery timelines.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our control.
Pre-order purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–7 business days for domestic orders.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Make It Look EAZZZZY is not responsible for carrier delays.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Make It Look EAZZZZY is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
